| This position is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and coordinating activities in the Warehouse Management and associated systems (i.e.; VAS Cell ACS, Cubitron, TMS, WMS, LM.) that ensures operational efficiencies. Oversees the resolution of all system discrepancies. Performs effective, timely communications to respective associates and management as necessary. Performs all duties safely, accurately and assists to meet set productivity goals. |

| Responsibilities and Duties |
| Correctly inputs and maintains item elements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and in the Automated Control System (ACS) system.
Monitors and oversees the continuous inbound flow of product into the ACS machine using the WMS log files and ACS system tools.
Works with the Wave Planner on any opportunities that arise during the wave allocation run. Helps to identify and correct all issues that may arise during the outbound cycle.
Tenders the outbound loads from Transportation Management System (TMS) to WM, and identifies and addresses issues that may arise during the tendering process.
Understands and monitors the inbound/outbound processes to effectively use WMS.
In conjunction with the Warehouse Management team, coordinates the most effective WMS tasking work areas and task groups for the RDC operation.
Works closely with the Regional Standards & Service Dept. to service our operating companies by helping to align item elements across the region. Coordinate the execution of any special requests made by our customers or senior staff.
Works with the Manager of Standards & Engineering by updating the Location file to ensure the accurate and efficient use of the Labor Management system.
Works closely with customers to research and resolve shipping issues.
Ensures proper slotting through the use of various reports to maximize space and productivity. Maintain an accurate Slot Master file.
Reviews and communicates slotting, receiving, depal, and tasking opportunities with various shift supervisors.
Cubitron all items and maintains active data related to the Item file. Creates new stacking patterns in the ACS system.
Supports and assists in coordinating the recalibration of the RDCs racking systems with the warehouse management team.
Reviews inactive items and slot returns.
Maintains rack labels.
Works effectively with immediate Supervisor to prevent warehouse shrink (product loss).
Responsible for the neatness and cleanliness of assigned work area, accuracy of warehouse locations, and travel aisles.
Reports any unsafe issues to Supervisor.
Observes and enforces all safety rules in an effort to prevent accidents and injuries.
Operates appropriate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and orderly manner in an effort to prevent accidents and injuries.
Ensures that MHE equipment is maintained (daily inspection) and clean; report repair or service needs to supervisor in an effort to prevent equipment damage.
Uses warehouse computers and Radio Frequency (RF) equipment in a safe and professional manner.
Understands and complies with all applicable company policies (i.e. attendance, Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Associate Handbook etc).
Complies with all applicable State/Federal laws, regulations, and policies (i.e. OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Admin., HACCP, AIB, etc).
Performs other warehouse duties as assigned. |

Must be 18 years of age.
Proficient use of the Microsoft Suite required.
Crystal Report Writing experience preferred.
Proficient use of WMS required.
Proficient use of TM preferred.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must pass a functional capacity test.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Two to three years of warehouse related experience required.
One to two years of redistribution experience and/or training required.
Advance Knowledge of Warehouse Management systems

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. |

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here represent those that an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to fast moving material handling equipment or other mechanical equipment. The associate is frequently exposed to freezer/cooler warehouse environments including temperature of -3 degrees. The associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; contained toxic or caustic chemicals; high voltage electrical equipment and vibration. The noise level in the work environment usually is loud.

WORK HOURS
This is a full-time position. The incumbent must have the ability to work a varying schedule which might include shift work (days or nights), weekdays or weekends, and some holidays. Work hours may vary or change based on customer order requirements. During start-up, travel may be required for training purposes or other reasons. After start-up, any travel would be limited. |
